All products come with a carry-in warranty from the respective manufacturers/service centres. Please contact the service centre directly to claim warranty on your defective components. Please refer to your invoice for service centre numbers or emails.
Seven days Dead on Arrival policy exists on all products. If a product is defective on arrival, we offer a replacement for it without going through the RMA hassle. Just send an email to email@example.com with full details of the problem along with pictures if possible or other data to support your claim. After approval from our side, you need to ship the product in the original box with every single accessory included in the box. The replacement will be shipped to you within 7 working days after we receive the faulty unit.
It is highly recommended to register your product online to get a speedy warranty and tech support from the manufacturer. Warranty will be considered from the date of registration of product and will not require an invoice in case your product requires an RMA.
Note: Lifetime warranty denotes the life of a product in technology terms, not a human lifetime. Lifetime warranty usually means the company will honour the warranty as long as the part is in production.
